Vikas is the Co-Founder and Global Head of Sutherland's Research and Investment Advisory vertical. He also leads the Incubation and Value Creation function at Sutherland. He advises PE firms and asset managers on co-investments, due-diligence, operating model transformation, and portfolio value creation, with current focus on helping mid-market PE firms unlock value across their portfolios.

Previously, Vikas was a co-founder and scaled Adventity Inc. into a leading investment research firm serving some of the largest institutional investors in the industry. Earlier in his career, he managed a $3.0 billion portfolio spanning public equities, credit, and venture investments at GE Asset Management.

With over 24 years of experience across the startup trenches and institutional investing, Vikas brings a unique operator-investor perspective to value creation.
