Vishnu Menon is based in Los Angeles, joined Warburg Pincus in 2005, and is Managing Director, Co-Head of Partnership Solutions. He also focuses on direct investments in the software and media sectors. Before Warburg Pincus, he worked at TPG Capital and Perry Capital focusing on investments in public and private technology and media companies. Before this, he worked at Symphony Technology Group, J.P. Morgan Capital, and Bain focusing on investments in similar sectors. Vishnu is currently a Director of Raptor, Varicent, and Salsify. Recently, Vishnu co-led investments in Big Brand Tire & Service, Cargomatic, and Salsify. He has been historically responsible for other investments including Modernizing Medicine, Neogov, TurnItIn (formerly iParadigms), Samsara, Experity, Intelligent Medical Objects, Docebo, A Place for Mom, Dude Solutions, Slickdeals, and Bankrate. He received a BA with distinction in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
