Elwin is a Managing Director at CDPQ in the Private Equity team, focusing on leading direct and co-investments in South East Asia. Prior to joining CDPQ in 2018, Elwin had spent over 13 years at GIC’s Private Equity team, where he had taken various roles, including being a Vice President in the Europe direct investment team between 2011 and 2015, in the South East Asia direct investment team between 2015 and 2016 as well as in the Asia funds and co-investment team between 2017 and 2018. He holds a BSc (Engineering) in Computer Science and a BSc (Economics) in Finance, both from the University of Pennsylvania, US.
