Jamie joined Spectra in 2021 to oversee fundraising and investor relations. A key aspect of her role has been managing the firm’s relationships with Brazilian and international family offices and institutional investors, which are vital sources of both capital and secondary deal flow for Spectra. Prior to joining Spectra, Jamie spent eight years at Neo Investimentos, where she raised capital from international and local investors for hedge funds, as well as public and private equity funds.

Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a bachelor's degree in Communication from the Pennsylvania State University, along with a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and has intermediate proficiency in German.
