Adin Meir is Managing Director for the United States at Longevity Partners, a global advisory firm backed by Nuveen and Leon Capital that helps commercial real estate owners, institutional investors, and corporate occupiers improve asset performance and deploy capital into energy infrastructure and building efficiency.

With over 15 years at the intersection of real estate and energy, Adin brings a rare combination of operator experience and strategic depth. He scaled CodeGreen Sustainability from 10 to 75 employees, raised private equity financing, and built a client base spanning the nation's top CRE owners and PE-backed platforms. Most recently, he served as VP of Energy & Sustainability at The Moinian Group, where he built the firm's first dedicated building performance function from the ground up across its commercial, residential, and hospitality portfolio.

Adin's work centers on a core conviction: energy risk is becoming a defining factor in real estate valuations, and owners who act on both sides of the meter, reducing demand while investing in on-site generation, storage, and grid independence will have a durable structural advantage. Every engagement Longevity leads is grounded in financial modeling, with NOI, cap rates, and exit pricing at the center.

He holds a Master's degree in Energy Management from New York Institute of Technology and is a Certified Energy Manager.
