Ben Maslan is a Managing Director with RCLCO Fund Advisors, an affiliate business of RCLCO and a leading consultant to institutional advisors.  Based in the Los Angeles office, Ben is primarily focused on RFA’s institutional investor client relationships, including directing investment and asset allocation strategy, sourcing and underwriting, structuring of new commitments, and asset management responsibilities.

Prior to joining RFA, Ben served on the management team at Transom Consulting Group and Cornerstone Research.

Ben received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington and his Master of Business Administration degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Ben is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a frequent presenter and author and has been featured in a number of publications, such as Real Assets Advisor, Private Equity Real Estate, and IREI.
