As Senior Vice President at Related Companies, he leads the strategy, implementation, and oversight of sustainability standards for a $15B+ portfolio of best-in-class mixed-use, residential, retail, and office properties. His work integrates forward-thinking energy and climate resilience initiatives with high-level LEED, WELL, Passive House, and zero-carbon certification systems.

Since 2023, Geoff has served as an SVP at Radial Power, a Related affiliate focused on distributed generation (DG), solar, and battery energy storage development. In this role, Geoff aligns clean energy and energy storage infrastructure with building performance, community decarbonization, and incentive opportunities.
