Ms. Jones is a Partner leading S-Core, StepStone’s global Core/Core+ platform.

Prior to joining StepStone, Ms. Jones was the Head of Real Estate Partnerships and Investments for UBS Global Asset Management’s over $100B real estate and private markets team. During her tenure of nearly two decades, she led over $20B of transactions and was a founding member of UBS’ Multi Manger groups where she sat on its investment committees and was the Senior Portfolio Manager for its Global Core Plus vehicle for US investors as well as various separate account mandates. Before that, Ms. Jones had roles in real estate investing for GE Capital, a Canadian family office and founded a home building company in Western Canada.

Ms. Jones received an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
