Madeline Robertson is Director of Sustainability at Greystar, where she leads strategic vendor relationships that support a nationwide multifamily portfolio of more than 3,900 properties. She oversees key programs and that enable Greystar-owned assets and thirdparty clients to meet regulatory requirements, manage performance risk, and advance portfoliowide sustainability outcomes. Her work focuses on energy benchmarking compliance, Building Performance Standard (BPS) tracking, sustainability education, and improving the quality and reliability of sustainability data at scale.

Grounded in academic training from DePaul University and executive education from Harvard University, Madeline brings a disciplined, operational approach to sustainability—prioritizing solutions that are practical, repeatable, and aligned with real estate decision making.
