Nikita Singhal is a Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital, where she helps oversee the firm’s Responsible Investing and ESG strategy. In this role, she leads ESG integration across relevant asset classes and core business functions, partners with portfolio managers on sustainability research and product development, and engages with global clients on investment implications of climate and other long-term trends.

Previously, Nikita was Managing Director and Co-Head of Sustainable Investment & ESG at Lazard Asset Management, where she built and scaled the firm’s sustainable investing & ESG platform, raised capital in sustainability-focused strategies, and engaged with leading global clients. Earlier in her career, she held impact and ESG investing roles at ClearBridge Investments, the Heron Foundation, and the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), and began her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Nikita is a frequent speaker on climate finance and sustainable investing, including at the United Nations, COP conferences, and leading industry forums. She earned her BA in Accounting and Finance from Franklin & Marshall College and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
