Paulina Torres leads Sustainability Research at JLL. She brings deep experience in the real estate industry and sustainable urban development to drive thought-leadership for JLL globally, as well as collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program goals and successes. Recent focus areas including Building Decarbonization, Value Creation and Net Zero, and Climate Policy. Paulina has been with JLL for seven years, initially joining as a Research Analyst. Previously, she worked as an Analyst at David Taussig & Associates in their energy-efficiency financing team (HERO).
Paulina holds a Master of Science degree in Economic Development and Growth from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and double Bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics and Spanish from the University of California, Irvine. She is an active member of Orange County Communities Organized for Responsible Development (OCCORD). She has strong interests in community development and urban economics.
