Shweta Sharma helps leading real estate investors turn sustainability from a compliance exercise into a source of economic and competitive advantage. As Global Head of Investor for CBRE's Sustainability business, she leads a team with a mandate to reshape how real estate investors approach portfolio performance, risk, and long-term value, drawing on 15+ years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, real estate, and technology.

At CBRE, Shweta has been instrumental in building and scaling a unified sustainability platform that integrates consulting, facilities management, and project implementation. She has also led the development of digital-first solutions and AI-enabled approaches to help clients create value through asset performance enhancement, driving tenant attraction and retention and portfolio risk management.

Prior to this role, Shweta held global product and strategy leadership positions at CBRE, where she spearheaded the creation of data-driven real estate technologies to support clients in making better-informed decisions. Her earlier career includes real estate advisory and transaction experience across APAC and Europe as well as stints with technology startups bringing capabilities in both strategy execution and complex systems thinking. Shweta has a M.B.A from Warwick Business School and a B.Sc. In Statistics and Econometrics from Delhi University, India.
