She is a proud graduate of the UAE Government Leadership Program and holds certificates in Resilient and Futuristic Leadership from Duke University, as well as in the Social Media Manager Development Program from the New Media Academy in Dubai. Amal also possesses a Master of Business Administration.

Amal is an ambitious Emirati woman, and is passionate about continuous learning and dedicated to helping others realise their potential. As a leader, she firmly believes in leading by example, inspiring those around her to strive for excellence. In her personal life, Amal is a devoted mother, wife, certified coach, student, and volunteer. One of her key ambitions is to become the Minister of State, driving the change needed for tomorrow.
