Dalia Abou Zeid, an unwavering advocate for youth empowerment, a certified career guidance consultant, GCDF® has dedicated her career to shaping the future of the next generation. With over 15 years of experience in educational institutions and a background in recruitment, Dalia has honed her expertise across diverse curricula while working closely with multicultural students from the Gulf and MENA regions.
A pivotal moment in Dalia’s journey occurred during her tenure as an auditor at the AIAASC association. In this role, she meticulously evaluated guidance counseling practices in schools, recognizing these services' profound impact on students’ lives. Driven by a desire to make a lasting difference, Dalia embarked on an entrepreneurial path, founding DAZ Career Crafters FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates.
As the founder, Dalia empowers students and young adults aged 14 to 24. Her mission is to unlock their true potential by aligning their interests, values, skills, and aspirations. Through personalized guidance, she equips them to navigate the complexities of career choices in an ever-evolving landscape, ensuring they achieve success in their chosen paths. Dalia holds the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification from the Center for Credentialing and Education, and is a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through her completion of multiple courses and workshops on skill development, career exploration, and college readiness.
