Dr. Deena Elsori is an Academic Advisor for the Dean of Faculty at Rabdan Academy, a leading institution for safety, security, defense, emergency preparedness, and crisis management education in the UAE. With over 15 years of experience in higher education, she supports the development and implementation of academic policies and programs that enhance the quality of education and research at the academy.

She is also a Global Digital Ambassador for the World Assessment Council, where she promotes best practices and standards for assessment and evaluation in various fields and sectors. She is passionate about advancing well-being and health promotion in the UAE and beyond, and has led several initiatives and projects to achieve this goal. As an associate professor of biology with an interest in public health, she has published multiple papers in the areas of chronic inflammation, heart disease, happiness, and emotional health. She is committed to empowering her students, colleagues, and community with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a dynamic and complex world.
