With over 18 years of experience in learning and development, Farkad is a career specialist and a certified career service provider instructor at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), the largest applied higher education institution in the UAE. Farkad leads high-stakes development programmes in soft skills, coaching, team leadership, entrepreneurship, career development, and employability for students and staff across HCT campuses.

Farkad is passionate about empowering young people to take ownership of their economic success and achieve their career goals. He has delivered more than 1,500 hours of training and has supported over 3,000 students in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, as well as trained business partner volunteers and government entities. He is also a certified personality employability aptitude tester and an education strategies coach in the MENA region.

Farkad holds a PhD and a master’s degree in international relations, a higher diploma in management, and a BA in engineering. In addition, he is a certified global career development facilitator, a certified accelerated learning practitioner, and a project management leadership trainer.
