A seasoned executive in management and strategy, Mr. Marc Rjeily brings a wealth of expertise across consultancy, business development, strategic partnerships, human capital development, and project management. Currently, he serves as Group Director at CERT Group of Companies—the investment arm of the Higher Colleges of Technology, the UAE’s largest federal institution with 16 campuses nationwide. In this role, Mr. Rjeily is entrusted with the oversight of corporate development, mega-projects, and strategic alliances across key verticals, including Training & Education, Technology, and Consultancy.

Mr. Rjeily has served as a trusted advisor and consultant to esteemed leaders, advocating Emiratization initiatives across numerous ministries, semi-government entities, and prominent private sector organizations throughout the UAE. His impactful contributions extend to influential projects with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), Ministry of Finance (MOF), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT), ADQ, and ADNOC. Additionally, Mr. Rjeily’s expertise majorly contributed to winning strategic projects across the GCC and MENA region such as Train for Work for Mubadala Investment Company.

Mr. Rjeily holds an MBA and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School, Oxford, and Columbia, reinforcing his commitment to excellence and strategic leadership.
