With over 15 years of experience in multinational and semi-government companies, Mohamed has developed a strong understanding of the complexities of the GCC job market. This expertise enabled him to take on regional roles in his early thirties, where he managed technical procurement negotiations across 25 companies spanning Asia, Africa, and the GCC.

Mohamed’s passion for guiding the next generation of professionals is evident in his work as a career coach. His coaching approach has successfully helped individuals secure roles at leading companies like Lipton and supported those who have experienced extended unemployment. He has trained over 1,000 individuals on proactively attracting career opportunities, moving beyond traditional online applications to take control of their professional paths.

Mohamed has also provided career guidance to students at institutions such as the British University in Egypt, Ain Shams University, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, helping them build the skills and strategies essential for today’s job market.

He has completed executive coaching training through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Train the Trainer Certificate from HRCI, USA.
