Nasir Al Nabhani is the Managing Director of Solutions+, a wholly owned Mubadala company and a leading shared services partner supporting clients across key sectors in the UAE.

With extensive expertise in business services, supply chain, and facilities management, Nasir has been instrumental in positioning Solutions+ as a trusted enabler of operational excellence and innovation.

He played a pivotal role in the establishment of Solutions+ in 2014 (formerly MDC BMS, rebranded in 2023) and led its transformation as Chief Executive Officer from 2016, expanding its portfolio to serve both public and private sector clients, including Mubadala.

Before that, Nasir founded the Business Services Division at Mubadala in 2007 and previously held senior roles at Dolphin Energy.

He has also served on the boards of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, and Injazat (now Core42), and currently chairs LeasePlan Emirates Fleet Management and Khadamat Facilities Management.

Nasir holds a Master’s in Security and Strategic Studies from the UAE National Defence College and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance) from Portland State University, USA.
