Roula Haddad is an accomplished HR leader with over 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She currently serves as Talent Acquisition Lead for the Middle East, Africa, and Russia at AbbVie, where she champions purposeful leadership and authentic human connection at work.

Since joining AbbVie in 2019, Roula has held several leadership roles across the Levant and Gulf regions. Before that, she spent 14 years at Eli Lilly, driving talent and HR transformation initiatives across MENA.

Her passion lies in building cultures where people flourish—integrating purpose, well-being, and belonging into organisational life. Roula holds degrees in Psychology and Translation, along with professional certifications in Coaching and Mental Health Psychology.

A proud mother of three and advocate of mindful living, Roula’s leadership is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and optimism—values she brings to every aspect of her work and life.
