Shazia Bharuchi is a UK-trained Career Guidance Practitioner, registered with the Career Development Institute (UK), with 12 years’ experience supporting individuals from the start of their careers to senior leadership and executive levels. Currently based in the UAE, she has worked previously for the National Careers Service, a UK government initiative, and has helped hundreds through 1:1 coaching, group sessions, and workshops, guiding them to overcome career barriers, land jobs, earn promotions, and gain renewed clarity and confidence. Her approach is empathetic, strategic, and results-driven, tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Shazia supports clients with career guidance and planning, CV development, job search strategy, interview preparation, and other career-related issues. She has run workshops on career and soft skills development, working in global and inclusive/diverse environments, as well as transition planning.

She speaks extensively about career-related topics on Dubai Eye, Gulf News, and The National, and has supported training initiatives at Qatar Foundation, helping graduates build the skills and awareness needed for the world of work.

She works with organisations to identify career development gaps and implement initiatives and workshops that empower employees to become lifelong learners and accelerate their career growth.
