Dr Kevin Smith, former senior Royal Ulster Constabulary police officer with a proficient background in public order policing, organisational development and training management coupled with an extensive and high-level international resume. Dr Smith completed his Doctorate in Criminal Justice with a thesis on 'Leading change: Adopting a Transformational Approach to Leadership within the Internal Security Forces of Lebanon, enabling a Community Based Style of Policing' from the University of Portsmouth. Dr Smith experienced one of the most significant police reforms in the world with the transition from the Royal Ulster Constabulary to the Police Service on Northern Ireland (PSNI). Dr Smith has overseen the successful delivery of organisational development projects and programs throughout the Balkans, Middle East and North Africa.
