Naomi Davis-Crane is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Justice Studies at Liverpool John Moores University specialising in police leadership, organisational behaviour, intelligence, analysis, terrorism and counterterrorism.

Naomi joined LJMU in 2023 from a Head of Intelligence Analysis role in Counter-Terrorism Policing and has extensive experience in police leadership nationally and internationally – including the strategic and operational management of law enforcement organisations with a specific focus on people-focused leadership approaches to build sustainable capabilities for the future.

Naomi’s research interests include terrorism and counterterrorism, intelligence analysis and cybersecurity.
