John Lee is a peptide scientist serving as an associate director of innovation team at Polypeptide group. He is responsible for advancing peptide manufacturing technology and chemistry. John has broad experience covering peptide discovery research to API manufacturing. Prior to re-joining Polypeptide Group, John was in the discovery group at Eli Lilly where he worked on novel molecules addressing diabetes and obesity indications. John also worked in Lilly’s development group before returning to Polypeptide to join the Innovation team. John has a bachelor’s in chemistry from California State University and master’s in environmental management from Harvard University.
