Social responsibility

Health and Wellness - Top tips to keep yourself happy and healthy while you attend TIDES USA

Start your day right and join our Fun Run on Tuesday at 6:30am and our Sunrise Yoga on Wednesday morning at 6:45am
It can be tough being on your feet all day, wear comfortable shoes and take regular breaks.
Stay hydrated through the event with regular water breaks or healthy options like fruit juice or tea
All lunches will include vegetarian, vegan, and healthy options for attendees.
In all interactions and in every place we operate, Informa is committed to doing events ethically, lawfully, and with integrity

Environmental responsibility

Top tips to be sustainable at this event

Ask exhibitors for digital brochures to avoid picking up materials you will dispose of
Ask exhibiting companies about their sustainability credentials
Consider opting for plant-based meals to reduce your environmental impact
We are supporting exhibitors to move away from disposable stands, ensuring materials can be re-used.
Use a reusable coffee cup and refillable water bottle
Hand in your badge and lanyard at the event and we will recycle them for you

San Diego Rescue Mission Hygiene Kits: We have partnered with San Diego Rescue Mission to create hygiene kits for those in need.

Fill It Forward - How it works

Pick up your Fill It Forward reusable water bottle and help give back to the community. Each time you fill your water bottle scan the QR code and help those in need.
