Jordan Cusner is the Senior Director, Consumer Research and Insights at Inspire Brands. Previously, Jordan was the Head of Guest Insights at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. He also led consumer insights for McCormick and Company’s Global Strategy team, as well as the Condiment, Grilling and Specialty Portfolios for US and Canada. Prior to that, Jordan managed Global Consumer Insights for Hasbro’s portfolio of beloved games. Before moving in-house, Jordan was an Insights Consultant for CSpace, managing communities for a broad range of clients, including Heinz, Disney and LexisNexis. Jordan earned his JD/MBA at Boston’s Suffolk University, and a BA in Music Business Management at Berklee College of Music. Jordan lives in Baltimore with his wife and five daughters.
