Richard Johnson is an applied economist and data scientist passionate about using labor market insights and workplace trends to empower individuals and advance opportunities for all. Richard is currently studying Economics at Cornell University. Previously, he was an Associate Economist at Glassdoor, where he conducted research to equip job seekers with data-driven tools and helped employers better understand the evolving labor market. Before that, he worked as a Data Scientist at Accenture in the Artificial Intelligence branch. Richard holds master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s from the University of North Texas. His research focuses on the evolving macroeconomic landscape and the future of work.
