Presentation Requirements
We know you are pros at this, but we’ve included a few speaker guidelines to keep in mind as you prepare. Your audience will have high expectations and, well, so do we!
- Breakout sessions are either 15 OR 30 minutes long
- The session's length is inclusive of Q&A
- Your presentation must be in a PowerPoint or PDF document, in 16:9 aspect ratio. If you would prefer to build your slides in Keynote, Google Slides, etc. please export it as a PowerPoint or PDF before uploading it.
- You may use any presentation theme you’d like.
- This year, to ensure all of the content is up to standard, we are asking that you submit your presentations to our Content Review Committee by Monday, Sept. 14. Presentations that have been reviewed by the Content Review Committee will be advertised as so on the agenda.
- FINAL presentations are then due Monday, Sept. 28, 2 weeks after the Content Review Committee deadline.
