When to Arrive and Depart
Arrival Recommendation:
- All: Plan to arrive Sunday evening for conference kickoff Monday at 8:30 am.
- First-time attendees: Consider arriving on Sunday afternoon by 4:00 pm to attend the First-Time Attendee Welcome Session.
Departure Recommendation:
- 2-Day Pass holders: Stay through Tuesday night for the Extra Innings Party at Coors Field. Depart anytime on Wednesday.
- 3-Day Pass holders and All Access Pass holders: Depart Wednesday afternoon following the conclusion of workshops at 3:00 pm or Wednesday evening if you plan to attend the AI in Action Summit, which concludes at 4:40 pm.
