Lucas is a member of the Impax Sustainability Centre and is responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery of sustainability reporting at Impax Asset Management. This includes evolving Impax’s sustainability reporting in response to client and wider stakeholder expectations, new regulation and standards, and emerging market practice.

Lucas joined Impax in March 2025 from PwC, where he led the UK firm’s sustainability regulatory insights capability and advised a range of asset managers on sustainability strategy, regulation and reporting. He previously worked at the UK Financial Conduct Authority on capital markets and asset management policy, after starting his career at HM Treasury working on international finance policy.
