From Transformative Trends and Challenges to Emerging Opportunities and Strategies
Networking • Market Intelligence • Connections • Insights
A technologically driven revolution is fundamentally altering the way we live, work, socialize and relate to one another. In its scale, scope, and complexity, the transformation will be unlike anything the world has experienced to date. Moreover, it is impacting every industry in every country in some way. The breadth and depth of these changes will transform our industry and our society. Has the pandemic impacted and accelerate these transitions?
To what extent are our cities, our shopping, our housing and our workplace environments changing? How have our downtowns fared through the pandemic? What is needed in order to bring back the vitality that the cores of our cities previously had?
Add to this trend, many others – from DE&I, innovative thinking, smart cities and housing affordability to ESG, impact investing, climate and cyber risk and the future of workplace environments. The 2022 Real Estate Forum will offer two hard-hitting information-packed days, examining key issues, trends, challenges, risks and opportunities in the acquisition, investment, management, financing, development, and leasing of all property classes – office, industrial, retail and multi-unit residential – all with the added bonus of doing so face-to-face.
As we return to an in-person conference, an optimal experience will be offered to everyone including networking opportunities, high quality market intelligence, and the capability to connect with each other. That includes owners, developers, investors, lenders, lawyers, brokers and other intermediaries.
The program will include a considerable degree of thought leadership and valuable insights from some 85 well-known experts and practitioners from across Canada as well as the U.S., Europe and Asia. They will include Presidents, CEOs and Managing Partners of many of the largest and most successful Canadian and global real estate organizations.
The numerous evening social events are returning after an absence of three years.
The program will be organized by Informa Canada, the producers of The Real Estate Forums, in conjunction with a steering committee of owners, developers, investors, brokers, and appraisers.
We hope that you will take advantage of this very informative national event which is only held once a year.
