Real Estate Forum Allocate - a new meetings program

40-minute session. 10-minute meetings. Up to 4 meetings.

We're stepping up the game in 2025. Real Estate Forum does meetings intelligently. Saving time and matching operators and homebuilders with the solutions they are looking for using AI.

Forget having to scroll hundreds of names on a delegate list. Reach people in a smarter way than just messaging fellow attendees directly.

Here's how it works and how to participate:

Step 1 - register to attend

To take part in Allocate, you must be registered for the Real Estate Forum. Limited space is available to take part in Allocate.

Secure your forum pass here.

To discuss your sponsorship package, please contact SponsorREForums@informa.com

Step 2 - apply to attend Allocate

  • Once event registration is complete, apply to attend by emailing Ella.Burton@informa.com
  • Get your login details for ConnectMe (the event app and platform)
  • Complete a few quick filter questions.
  • Your answers will ensure you are mutually matched.
  • We’ll contact you to confirm your slot.

Step 3 - at the event!

Those who have had their position confirmed and have completed their filters should head to Real Estate Forum Allocate – timing and location to be confirmed soon.

Step 4 - the meetings

We're keeping it simple: 40 minutes. 10-minute meetings. Up to 4 meetings.

  • We will match attendees based on mutual interests.
  • Allocate is a one-hour session. Each meeting will be 10-minutes with a short buffer between meetings.
  • Each person will have up to 4 meetings within the session duration – the perfect way to have introductions and start a conversation.
