Ailey Roberts is the Global Head of Sustainable Investing with BGO, a leading, global real estate investment management advisor and a globally recognized provider of real estate services. She is responsible for the development and implementation the firm’s ESG strategy to drive performance and integrate risk mitigation and value creation into investment decision-making and management. Recently, Ailey led the establishment of BGO’s Global Sustainable Investing Framework to support client, market and regulatory demands.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC) and was recognized as one of Canada’s Clean50 sustainability leaders in 2020. Ailey has over 12 years of experience in ESG practice and holds a Master’s of Environment & Sustainability from Western University, Bachelor’s degree from the University of Waterloo in Environment & Business with a minor in Geography.
