Ailey Roberts leads BGO’s global sustainable investing platform, advancing the integration of ESG considerations to support portfolio performance, resilience, and long-term value creation. She is responsible for shaping and implementing the firm’s sustainable investing strategy across investment decision-making and asset management, with a focus on managing risk, protecting value, and improving operational performance across BGO’s global real estate portfolio.

With more than 10 years of experience in sustainable investing and ESG, Ailey brings deep expertise in strategy, real estate performance, and stakeholder engagement. She holds a Master’s of Environment & Sustainability from Western University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environment & Business from the University of Waterloo. Ailey currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canada Green Building Council and was recognized as one of Canada’s Clean50 sustainability leaders in 2020.
