Alexander Heijnk is an experienced real estate investment professional, currently serving as Head of Acquisitions & Sales Americas at Deka Immobilien. He leads a team of investment managers with a focus on Canada, Chile, Mexico and the U.S., and has been involved in transactions with a total value in excess of $2.5 billion in different roles. He holds a degree in Real Estate Economics from the University of Regensburg and in Applied Geography from RWTH Aachen University, where he focused on economic geography and urban planning. Alexander is part of the RICS network and an active member of the International Real Estate Business School alumni community.
