Andrew oversees RioCan’s investment transactions and development pipeline to optimize the Trust’s portfolio for future growth opportunities. He focusses on maximizing the potential of RioCan’s real estate, unlocking intrinsic value through strategic acquisitions, dispositions, partnerships, and development to drive RioCan’s growth and strengthen its retail-focused, mixed-use portfolio.

Having joined the company in 2013, Andrew’s extensive expertise in asset classes and deal structures allows him to identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities that maximize returns for unitholders. An engineer by trade, his strong foundation in analytics, construction, and planning enables him to work effectively with investors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize investments, deliver complex projects, and enhance the performance of RioCan’s portfolio.

Andrew serves on the board of trustees for the University of Guelph and is a member of the Board of Directors for Sunnybrook. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Guelph.
