As Managing Director, Real Estate, Canada, Annie Houle oversees the strategy and all investments of La Caisse’s Real Estate portfolio in Canada. She also leads the optimization of the property value chain and elevating the approach to asset management in the country.

Ms. Houle was previously Managing Director in the Québec Private Equity team at La Caisse. In that capacity, she was involved in all areas of the investment process and post-investment management. She also sat on various company Boards of Directors.

Before joining La Caisse, Ms. Houle worked for more than 15 years in global banking and capital markets, where she worked with large Québec-based companies in a wide range of industries on executing their growth plans, both locally and globally. She held various positions at HSBC Bank Canada, where she built the corporate banking team in Montréal.

Ms. Houle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honours from Université de Montréal and a Master of Science in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. She is member of the Quebec CPA Order (CPA, CGA) and a CFA charterholder. She serves as President of the Board of Directors of The Canadian Club of Montréal.
