Annie Houle joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in April 2022 as Head of Canada. She oversees all investments and transactional activities in this territory and is responsible for improving the property value chain and elevating the approach to asset management.
Ms. Houle was previously Managing Director at Caisse the dépôt et placement du Québec’s (CDPQ) private equity team. She was involved in all areas of the investment process and post-investment management. Before joining CDPQ, Ms. Houle worked for more than 15 years in global banking and capital markets, where she worked with large Quebec-based companies achieve their growth plan strategy.Ms. Houle holds a BA (Hons) in economics from the Université de Montréal and an MSc in international accounting and finance from the London School of Economics. She is member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA) and a CFA chartholder.
