Anthony Lanni joined QuadReal in 2017. As Executive Vice-President, Residential, he is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of QuadReal’s Canadian Residential & Seniors Housing portfolios, including responsibility for the sector’s integrated investment management, service excellence and property management functional areas. In 2023, Anthony was also appointed President of Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc., Canada’s leading operator, developer and owner of more than 90 residential & resort communities across the country. Together, Anthony is responsible for the activities of an over-800 person team that manages nearly 36,000 homes & lots/sites across Canada. With demonstrated leadership across all facets of the Canadian residential landscape, from community design and construction to appreciating the diverse expectations of our residents & guests, Anthony brings a deep understanding of the Residential marketplace to the QuadReal & Parkbridge teams. Prior to joining QuadReal, Anthony led multi-family asset management activities in Canada for Bentall Kennedy. Previously, he was a partner with a Canadian development & home building company with responsibility for the firm’s investment and development programs. Earlier, Anthony worked in corporate finance in both New York and Toronto with a global financial institution. Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate & Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University, a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from York University, and is a Professional Land Economist.
