Ariel Feldman is the AVP, Capital Projects and Sustainability Execution for Choice Properties REIT, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of Choice's maintenance capital program, including upgrades that support Choice in meeting its net-zero targets. Since joining in 2017, Ariel has been instrumental in positioning Choice as a leader in environmental sustainability, spearheading initiatives that resulted in Choice becoming one of the first Canadian companies to have their net-zero emissions targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Ariel is a professional engineer and also holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and York University.
