Brad began his real estate career in Edmonton with a national brokerage firm specializing in industrial sales and leasing. In 2006 Brad joined Panattoni Development Company to establish a presence for Panattoni in Western Canada focused on new projects in Edmonton and Calgary. Brad gained comprehensive experience of the development platform identifying new acquisition opportunities; executing due diligence, entitlement approvals, land and building construction; asset stabilization; financing; and dispositions. Earlier this year, Brad partnered with Adon Panattoni and now is the Managing Partner in Canada.

As Managing Partner, Brad is expanding Panattoni’s team in Canada recently opening new offices in Vancouver and Calgary. In addition to overseeing all Panattoni projects in Canada, Brad works closely with Panattoni’s North American Account and Data Centre Teams in the US and with Panattoni’s international capital teams for successful project execution and outcomes for Panattoni’s clients across Canada.
