Braiden Goodchild is a real estate investment and capital markets professional with 15 years of experience across the living sector. Working throughout North America and Europe, he has been involved in more than $20 billion of real estate transactions spanning M&A, platform investments, asset and portfolio acquisitions, and joint ventures.

As VP, Strategic Transactions & Partnerships at Equiton, Braiden leads strategic relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other institutional investors, while also assessing transactions across North America. He focuses on developing tailored investment structures and partnerships that align institutional capital with real estate opportunities.

Braiden holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate from the University of Guelph, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golf, reading classical fiction, and taking on DIY projects with mixed results.
