Brent oversees and develops an extensive portfolio of borrower-clients, including some of the most active real estate owners and developers in Canada. With a focus on development financing, he specializes in land loans, construction, and take-out debt. In addition, Brent and his team are among the top CMHC mortgage originators in the country. Having funded more than $4B in commercial mortgage transactions, Brent remains at the forefront of the debt markets. Brent has held senior roles within the commercial real estate industry for over 16 years.
