Brent Magnan is Managing Partner at Canada ICI, where he oversees the firm's Toronto office and helps shape the national strategy of one of Canada's leading commercial mortgage advisory firms. Canada ICI arranges more than $15 billion in multifamily and commercial financing each year. Brent is closely involved in the corporate development of the firm's national origination and analyst divisions.

Brent advises a large group of borrower-clients, including many of Canada's most active real estate owners and developers. His scope of practice includes land, construction and long-term financing. He also leads one of the country's top CMHC origination teams. Over his career, Brent has arranged more than $6 billion in commercial and multifamily mortgage financing and has held senior roles in commercial real estate for more than 17 years.

Brent sits on the Real Estate Committee of Hold'em For Life. This volunteer-run charity unites Toronto's real estate industry to raise funds for cancer research at Sinai Health and the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine.
