Courtney Cooper is a Partner at Alate, a venture firm that invests in early-stage real estate and construction technology companies. In this role, she helps identify and scale promising start-ups, provides market analysis and due diligence, and manages relationships with industry partners. Courtney has spent over ten years at the intersection of real estate, operations, and technology. Prior to Alate, she led digital transformation and innovation initiatives at some of Canada’s leading real estate and financial services companies, including Dream and Great-West Life. Courtney is also the co-founder of Proptech Collective, Canada’s largest community of real estate and proptech innovators.

Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
