Devan Sloan is Vice President, Leasing for GWL Realty Advisors. Based out of Toronto, Devan leads the company’s leasing efforts for its 6 million square foot GTA office portfolio, valued at $2.5 billion. Devan has been with GWLRA for close to 10 years in increasingly senior roles. Prior to that, Devan started his career on the brokerage side of the business, focusing on landlord representation.
Devan holds a Master of Finance Degree from the Queen’s Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph.
