Eric Plesman is President and CEO of Oxford Properties Group, a leading global real estate investor, developer and manager, and is the Global Head of Real Estate for the OMERS pension plan. Eric leads Oxford's Global Management Team, and is Chair of Oxford’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee, responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company’s global team and its $80 billion business. Eric also sits as a voting member of the OMERS Portfolio Management Committee for major private market investments.

A highly respected leader in global real estate with a career spanning Toronto, New York, London, and Amsterdam, Eric began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he spent over a decade in progressively senior roles. He joined Oxford Properties in 2011, advancing to become Executive Vice President, North America in 2019, Oxford’s largest geography by AUM and personnel. Following his tenure at Oxford, Eric served as Head of Global Real Estate at HOOPP, leading a multi-continent business across North America, Europe, and Asia. In 2025, he returned to Oxford as its President and CEO.
