Frank joined Resnick Partnership LLP in 2006 as the firm's tax partner. He has practiced in public accounting for over 30 years and has specialized in the area of taxation since becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1986. Frank provides advice on a wide range of taxation matters and also provides tax consulting services to other accountants. Frank's services focus on all areas of private owner-managed businesses, corporate reorganizations, personal tax (Canadian and US), estate planning, and family succession planning. He also assists clients in all matters with tax authorities, including representing clients in appeals with respect to taxation matters.
