Over the course of Gord Cook’s unprecedented, 37-year career at Colliers International as Vice Chairman, he has managed a significant number of large, complex real estate assignments. In particular, Gord specializes in industrial leasing and industrial investment sales. In addition to being a top producer year after year, in 2024, he was named Colliers’ Top Advisor of the Year across all of Canada. He was also recognized by SIOR Canada with the Industry Leadership and Impact Award in 2024 for his ability to inspire the commercial real estate community.

Gord acts as an advisor to a significant number of high-profile clients and actively speaks on multiple panels and has sat on several boards, past and present. In addition, he has been distinguished with many top commercial real estate awards, including most recently: Colliers International Awards of Excellence Top Producer Canada, Colliers International President’s Leadership Award, and the SIOR Broker of the Year Award.
