Greg Guatto is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Properties, a privately held commercial real estate company that together with investment partners, owns and manages approximately 4.25 million square feet of office space plus 3,800 parking spaces, the Calgary Tower, and residential development sites in downtown Calgary and Edmonton. In the 25 years since the inception of Aspen, Greg and his partners have completed property acquisitions and dispositions exceeding $3 billion and have complete mortgage financings totaling more than $2.7 billion. In its newest endeavor, Aspen is repurposing One Palliser Square from 400,000 square feet of office space into 424 residential units. Greg has actively volunteered with many community organizations through the years and is currently Chair of the RESAC Market Housing Sub-Committee and is on the Board of Directors for the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC). Prior to joining Aspen, Greg previously worked with TrizecHahn Properties Ltd. and Knowlton Realty Ltd. He received his HBA in Business Administration with Honours from the Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario.
